Refund policy
At Whiffs of Paradise, we ensure every product is quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, we maintain a strict return and refund policy. If you believe you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or the product is damaged before delivery, please email us at -------- mentioning your Order ID within one week of receiving the product.
No Return / No Refund on Opened Products
Opened, used, or tampered perfumes are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Eligible for Return or Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

Reporting Timeframe
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed package to product opening is mandatory for all claims. Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected.
Resolution
Upon verification:

Store credit will be provided
Refunds to the original payment method are issued only in exceptional cases at the discretion of Whiffs of Paradise.

Condition for Approved Returns
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories and free gifts.

Whiffs of Paradise reserves the right to refuse service or block accounts involved in misuse of return/refund policies.
