All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Delays
Whiffs of Paradise is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Undelivered / RTO Orders
If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or customer unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged in Transit
In case of damage or leakage during transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
